The focus of the presentations by distinguished representatives of various professions are the current legislative proceedings and jurisprudence regarding German foreign transaction tax law.
This year's central topic concerned CFC taxation regulations: Where are the problems in this practice and where is reform needed? Subsequently, the current developments in the investment and taxation landscape in Italy were discussed in the country report.
