Practice
Philipp advises his clients on legal and tax matters with regard to capital investments in alternative investment funds. He focuses on fund-related questions regarding insurance supervisory law, investment law and national and international tax law. In addition, he is an expert in assessing and negotiating the terms of international fund contracts. He also structures individual investment solutions for institutional investors. He balances his work life with regatta sailing.
