Marco is an expert in advising fund managers and investors in matters relating to institutional investors’ participation in alternative investment funds (especially concerning private equity and debt, infrastructure and energy funds). He focuses on the review and negotiation of legal, regulatory (particularly German insurance supervisory law, as well as investment law) and tax aspects.
