Joshua is a member of the private funds practice in Frankfurt and advises on national and international fund tax law and regulatory issues. He is the author of various professional publications and lecturer at Saarland University. Joshua has in-depth knowledge of tax law and European & international business law due to his work in various internationally renowned business law firms. His expertise in funds is based on his experience in Luxembourg, one of the largest fund locations worldwide, where he spent some time in the investment fund practice of a global commercial law firm. His consulting spectrum includes both the comprehensive support of fund sponsors in all legal questions concerning the financial product “fund”, as well as the extensive assistance of investors in fund investments and secondary transactions. Seriousness, efficiency and discretion are the maxims of his work.
