POELLATH advises refurbishment consultancy Fuchs & Eule on a Series A financing round
F&E was founded in 2021 as a digital platform for property management, but was quickly transformed into an independent refurbishment consultancy for property owners in 2022. Based on a comprehensive building database and experienced energy consultants, the company’s innovative digital platform creates individual recommendations for economical, energy-efficient refurbishment of the building. According to the startup, this process has already enabled thousands of property owners to drastically improve the energy footprint of their buildings.
